Tenants make maintenance requests through their online portal which also keeps a history of repairs. To make things simple and cost effective we have vetted an approved list of maintenance or we're more than happy to use your preferred vendors - either way we don't add commissions. Property inspections are carried out yearly or as needed/requested.
